Holy SMOKES What a BOOK!!

Holy SMOKES! This book was AWESOME! I have read it once before but I can’t believe I forgot some pretty key things!!

I am over the moon about a lot of them, April - Oh - MY - GOD - .. Reno <3 My favorite couple. Swoon the hand touch was so very sweet.
Lakota.. well now I want to know more about this fella now that he is of age! I mean who is he going to end up with? Melody & Hope I loved them in this book.

Shocking things happen to the packs but a lot of team work. It was so action packed it was awesome!

I loved the survival instinct and if when you think someone is too young they can surprise you. Melody and the twins were prime example of that in this book.

I loved Denny even more he was the comic relieve when needed and so was Izzy her wolf loves to pee on people I loved it.

And the Lexi and Austin parts well they broke my heart and mended them. I felt like Lexi really is a grown up in this book. Whereas I thought she was more childish in her book. Years have passed since her book so it’s only natural that this happened. I like her better in this book.

I am sad the series in done but I love that when I need a Seven Series fix I can just relisten. And I still have the novella :)

Nicole Poole makes this audiobooks so worth the credits so worth your time. She brings the characters to life I believe the exact way they were written. I am a fan, and you will be too.

Make this a movie series please

I hope this series becomes a movie maybe along with the Mageri series and I bet you would agree?

Good story end to series

Since I'm not able to read anymore, my eyesight lacking audible books are my savior. Good listening series like this one are perfect. Great book!

I want more!!!

I know this is the last book but this series has touched my heart do deep and it can't be beat :) For those of you who haven't read this series you are missing out. Danika Dark draws you into a world that is so wonderful , entertaining and brings each character to life that you as if you know each one. The narrator is perfect and draws you in even more and when it comes to audio books a narrator can make or brake a book. I'm sad the series is over but blessed to have listened to a true series of love, loss , betrayal, war, but best of what family should truly be.

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ 1/2 Reading the summary about this book made me hesitant to read it. I like romance and HEA's. I never really stray far from this genre, and the impression I got from the blurb was that this was going to be a huge war and possibly something tragic like severing a character's HEA. Neither is really something that interests me in a book.. but this is the last of the series.. and I have enjoyed the others a lot, so I gave it a chance.

The first third of the book had some interesting parts, though honestly I felt it was a bit drawn out.. but by two thirds of the way in I was enjoying the story a lot. I am glad I stuck it out. There was some really funny parts. Some nice warm fuzzy feeling parts, some emotional parts.. and I am sorry to say it.. one part I found totally cheesy.. but that's ok! I think this was a good ending to a wonderful series. I am very glad I picked these up! I really don't want to give any spoilers out, which is why I am avoiding talking about the characters. They are all in here though and I think the story weaves around them each well.

Nicole Poole did a wonderful job as always with the narration, and I would recommend this series to anyone who likes shifter books.

excellent series. My sister and I enjoyed listening to every book, sorry to have it end. But looking forward to more from Dannika

loved it

you can tell a book is great when you want to laugh at the jokes, cry with the characters, and get anxious when something bad happens. I love this one.

Slight disappointment

so overall, it was not a horrible book, I still love the author this series, and the narrator.
I love how Dannika ties up loose ends from a previous book that you've almost forgot about, and there is a lot of that in this book.

honestly, the reason it's a 4 not a 5 is for me personally I cant stand Lexi's character. she just annoys me with her wishy washy personality.
Also there were times in the story where it was just so evident that she wrote the story that way not because the characters physically could not make a different outcome, but to amp up the drama. And while all authors might do that it was so obvious to the point of annoying.

But I still loved this series, cant wait to read the last Novella and wrap this up!!

Fun Series

I enjoyed this series. It was fun and entertaining. It wasn't to serious but yet had a solid story line.

this was such a good example of how to end a series of adult novels. I loved every minute of the characters' ups and downs, and felt as tho i went thru it with them. im glad the plot wasn't so blatantly cliche as other romance novels tend to read. I wish the series would expand to explore more of the characters lives. I'm hooked.

More Austin and Lexi 🥰 Need I say more!!

This book is a must. An epic battle, steamy chapters and an unmissable ending. Weston Pack Forever!
I re-read and re-listen to this series over and over! Brilliant!

wonderfully satisfying...almost!

An amazing read. I got to know the characters so well I almost felt I had to prove my loyalty and fight along side them. Ms Dark you certainly are not finished with theses guys. Lakota, Melody... what about Hope and the twins? People grow up. Maisie did. Just saying!

What made the experience of listening to One Second the most enjoyable?

The emotion that Lexi's character shows.

Both, but more tears with this book.

When war hovers over their state, the Western Pack have to make some tough decisions. Lexi feels like she’s at her weakest and most vulnerable when all hell descends on their territory. She has to rely heavily on the pack’s strategies, but all the while knowing that anything could go wrong at any given time.
This book is so full of tension it overtook my life for several hours because I had to know what happened. I spent the first half of the book biting my nails and the second half wiping tears away. This is another brilliant addition to the Seven series with a few new characters thrown in. I hope this series never ends.

Well what can I say as all Dannikas books I was hooked wanting more still.

Brilliant and humour filled, sexy and beautiful

Truly wonderful, Dannika Dark started this series of seven books with a bang and she has delivered amazing book after amazing book .

My only complaint is that now Dannika Dark's Seven series has sadly finished, I will have to go looking for another author and series with excellent storylines. Plots filled with lots of detail. Characters full of depth and lovable imperfections. A sense of humour, sex and passion.
We all know how rare they are to find

An amazing ending to a brilliant series

Absolutely loved this series. The characters are so well formed and the individual stories are beautifully written. Dannika Dark did an amazing job with the character and world building that you can connect with everyone which wad especially aided by the brilliant narrator. I am sad to see the books end but I was not left disappointed by anything!

This is the most emotionally compelling, thrilling, scary and exciting book in the series in my opinion!😍💥 From start to finish, although the focus is on Austin & Lexi, it gives us insight & more information on each pack member/couple as well as the children. The Church & Prince packs are included too.👍

The emotion of all of the varying characters, and the situations they're found in, was portrayed really well by Nicole Poole.🌟

The big lead up to the shifter war etc is really good but their time in the forest is spectacular!😲💥 You can't listen to this Audiobook without being completely swept up into the roller coaster of it all.🌟 I can't wait to try the next generation series, starting with Vow, on audio too.😍
