Delightful

This story was unique and realistic. It was a pleasant change to have an older couple but Mack and Hayden’s love still has the giddiness of 20 year olds.

Jason Clarke was excellent, adding a little extra gruffness and accent to Mack that was unexpected. It may be one of his best performances! This was the first book with Cindy Harden I’ve listened to and I can’t wait to find her in others. She made me a fan!

Pretty Good

I mostly liked this book. It was interesting, funny, and steamy! I really liked that the MCs are over 40 years old. They were very charming and quite relatable. Unfortunately, I wasn't exactly a big fan of the direction the story went towards the end. I felt it was a little too dramatic.

Cindy Harden and Jason Clarke did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed listening to them.

Mature MC

It was nice to listen to a story about older adults-if you consider 45 older. Interesting story with a good plot. Jacob Morgan with a gruff New York accent, was a great performance. Lots of steam and love!

Lovin’ this series!!!

This book was even better than book one. Both were amazing stories. Jason Clarke’s narration was perfect. Loved his New York accent!

Cute

This is a new author for me. Cute, fun and steamy read. I loved how sweet and sincere Mack was. He is everything that makes a book boyfriend dreamy and swoon worthy. I found Hayden to be so relatable. The audiobook for this was really well done. Enjoyed their journey.

I want a Mack!

I didn't except to love this story about Mack and Hayden. I haven't listen/read the other books at all but this can be a standalone book. The audio is very impressive to me-Jason Clarke in a NY accent (1st time hearing him in that accent) as Mack and Cindy Hayden, the female narrator (very new to me) as Hayden. They were both so pleasant in your ears. Their performance was perfectly done as a couple, the description of how they look, act, feel, and the amazing characters' personalities were so profound and intriguing indeed. It's such an easy to listen/read rom-com and I love how they are in their 40s. This is so well written & clever plot: I love how the author manage to make it light & fun to the point you end up going into a deeper level of love. The dramatic climax of their relationship were so swoon-worthy & then, in a turn of events, it became quite vulnerability, surreal & complex moments. I believe this a story you could listen over and over or better yet, you truly will fall in love with Mack & wonder, is there a Mack out there??? Could I be that Hayden for that Mack?

Loved this story even better than the first book! If you’re looking for a fun, feel good read, this one’s for you. I’d suggest reading the first book in the series to start, only because they go together so well. Enjoy!

Super Cute

I loved the story line. I liked both of the narrators but I noticed that Jason Clarke makes a whistle noise when he says “s” or “c”. After awhile it becomes quite annoying.

Jason hit this one out of the ball park with his sexy swoon worthy voice .. This was a cute online dating story and you don’t hear to many of those that actually end well.. I enjoyed this book.
