Publisher's Summary

"A refreshing way to guide your kids to dreamland."

Kids grow up in an increasingly noisy world, with entertainment being available at any time of the day.

We all love to see our kids happy, but it’s hard to protect them from devices screaming for attention, draining their imagination.

This book helps children to reconnect to their quiet imagination. Creating a moment of calmness, making kids more relaxed and less anxious.

These bedtime meditations are a collection of dreamy, visualizing stories.

They’re taking children on a magical journey to find where rainbows start, to make their own constellation or to meet a unicorn made of ice.

These stories include basic mindfulness techniques such as being attentive to your breath, identifying body sensations, and actively feeling grateful and loving.

This book will help kids relax and guide them to a good night’s sleep.

Our audiobook version comes with music and sound effects composed specifically for this book. This transforms it into an unforgettable experience.

Excellent

So cute to see my kids imagine these stories and getting relaxed along the way. The book combines stories with short mindfulness exercises. Very nice to get your kids familiar with listening and being aware of their bodies.

How did this get almost 4 stars avg review?

Crackling fire sounds. Fire is dangerous. Don’t get too close. Who would say this to kids as they fall asleep? Just bizarre.

imagination, relaxation, breathing, dozing off

Wonderful concept, professional product. It's a collection of kind and cute stories that let you and/or your kid (works very well for moms and dads too!) imagine peaceful sleepy situations, make you become aware of your body and breathing, helps you to relax and just doze right off... all stories come with very well-made soundscapes, relaxing music and effects and are read by a professional narrator with a kind voice. Top!

My 8 year old had a class about mindfulness in school and she really loves to hear one of these stories before bedtime. The Magic Snow one is her favorite :-)

Informative

Nice stories and the music is really relaxing too, I love how they use cat or bird sounds and other natural sounds, they really make the kids dream away.

I recommend !

Nice stories, some are a bit long and depending on your kids age might get a little complicated, but they’ll get relaxed nevertheless. And I think they will enjoy the stories more the coming years this way.
