Publisher's summary

Can a serious minded, older school teacher and a spoiled, bratty omega find their way to love?

Ryan is the last unmated omega from the original group that settled at the lodge. He's the runt of the pack. The beloved kid brother that everyone adores. Now he's all grown up, and has seen the joy that his friends all share with their mates. Ryan claims that he doesn't want a mate. He'd rather be alone than to be bossed around by yet another person who doesn't really see past his bratty exterior to the real man that lies beneath.

Ivan is a Russian alpha bear. He settled into the Northern Lodge Pack as a teacher in their one-room schoolhouse. His father, Doc Ollie is the pack doctor. Ivan is happy to have the chance to be near his dad again, and to have a job that he enjoys. His bear is intrigued by the spoiled little omega with the big mouth. Ivan isn't so sure.

This is the seventh book of the Northern Lodge Pack series. Every book is about 30k and guaranteed to have an HEA. You can read them on their own, but it's advised to read them in order for maximum appreciation. 18+ readers only please! And yes, this book contains M/PREG, knotting, adults adulting in sexy, naughty ways and way more than the occasional use of potty mouth language.

Sexy Brat

I love these two. Ryan and Ivan are absolutely perfect for each other. I love their chemistry and the connection that they form even right from the start. That Ivan is able to see Ryan, really see him, is just so wonderful. I like how Ryan is able to finally be honest with his brother and the others of the pack and be himself. He also is able to bring Ivan out of his self imposed isolation and into the pack life. John is able to give these fun guys a voice and a personality that fits who they are, I love that.

Omega Grown

Ryan’s book. Ryan is the baby of the group, the final single omega who was saved in book one from the Horrible Alpha who was holding omega’s hostage. I am so happy with how this one turned out, it was sweet and cute and such a good story. Since Ryan was the “baby” of the group he has been horribly spoiled by everyone for years, is allowed to do whatever he wants and basically gets away with being a brat. With Ivan he totally meets his match. Ivan is the Alpha bear that the pack hires to teach at the pack school. I liked that he instantly sees right through all of Ryan’s shenanigans, and instead sees the truth behind how he acts and is able to get Ryan to open up about all of his insecurities and feelings. I Love that they both are able to bring Ryan’s brother Luke down a peg and call him out for the way he still treats Ryan like a little kid, but takes advantage of him for his babysitting skills. Ivan is perfect for Ryan. And their kinky sex was unexpected for sure. I really liked this book, it’s one of my favorites of this series. Omg, and “The Peacock” LMAO… Those parts had me laughing out loud, he was a great addition to this story, when you read, and/or listen to this one you will know what I am talking about, it’s really funny.

Audio – John Solo has consistently given us great narrations throughout this entire series and I am sad to see the end. I will definitely be doing some re-listens to this whole series now that I have them all. I really enjoyed spending my time hearing the stories for all the Wolves, Bear’s, Alphas and Omegas. All the vocal emotions and timbres for every single character in each book of this series were spot on. Really great job!!!

great story

I loved it. Laughed and cried at different parts. When Ryan first saw doc after the mating was so touching and the description of the sounds coming from next to Luke's was hilarious. now I need to catch up on the books I missed.

Sassy Brat!!

The sassy brat of the pack finally gets his mate! Ivan, an alpha bear, can't believe that the brat of the pack, Ryan, is his fated mate. Luckily Ivan can see through Ryan's bratty exterior to the real man beneath. I love their back and forth banter and really like seeing Ryan mature throughout the story. I'm sorry to see this series end but am looking forward to starting the new series! Again, the narrator did a great job with this story. I really like his voice and attitude for Ryan. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

My favorite couple

I think this is my favorite couple of the series. Ryan is tired of being treated like the bratty little omega, by the pack but especially his brother. No one lets him grow up, preferring to assume he’s never going to be a mature adult. So he acts like everyone expects. Until Ivan. Oh, sweet bear Ivan. He’s Doc’s son and the new school teacher. I love their chemistry and how Ivan really sees his feisty mate for who he is inside. And he adores Ryan’s sassy nature. This series has been a great, fun ride. I look forward to seeing more from this author. John Solo, as always does a great job narrating, and is enjoyable to listen to.

Very Interesting

I love this masterfully spun tale. Finally it's Ryan's turn to find his fated mate. Ivan has arrived to not only join his father but also teach the younger generations. Solo's narration brings this amazing story to life. Although robotic at times, it was great to be able to listen to this wonderful story.

Sassy Omega Ryan!!!!

I have been looking forward to hearing Ryan's story and it did not dissapoint!!! I absolutley loved him and seeing him grow in this book was wonderful. I always find myself smiling while listening to this series and in this book I actually laughed out loud several times....I don't want to spoil anything but I will say this particular mpreg was by far my favorite, especially the delivery!!!!! Ivan is absolutely wonderful too, I think this was my favorite in this series that I have read!!!

Once again John Solo does a great job with the distinction between the character's voices, will be looking for more books narrated by him.

Ryan is such a brat!

Ryan and Ivan...I just the love the interaction between these two! Ivan is the newest school teacher and Ryan is the youngest omega. The snark is strong with this young man! I laughed and fell in love with them! Time definitely well spent.
