The developing friendship between the different races. His attempts to peacefullly settle disputes between the various races.

Good pace and just enough explaining of what was going on. Very good and enjoyable read.

There is so much mystery here. Obsidian Gate, the old ones.

Who had the gate technology in the first place, who made the gate, The difference in the older Titans on the other side of the gate. Just a fantastic story of kindnes, family, lots of adventures.
