Kadir will give you whiplash

I ended up liking this book more than the previous. You get to see some of who Kader was back when he was Mason and what happened to him which was nice. At the same time though he constantly ran super hot then ice cold. If I were Laurel I'd almost have to start to expect that any time they get closer the next day he will be "#4" aka raging douchebag.

The conspiracy is still going strong but it wasn't quite as much of an info dump as the first book. I am interested in the next book possibly because I have zero idea of where this story is going. Sure a ton of hints have been dropped but nothing makes complete sense so we'll just have to wait and see.

Finally, my assessment of the narrations is the same as before, I like Charlotte for Laurel but feel Jacob is too laid back for the intensity of Kader/Mason.

Story line is pretty good could have been longer

I am really loving these 2 characters and the story line is pretty good but it could have been longer and it should enough and it so abruptly it keeps you wanting more.

A TANGLED WEB OF TWISTED THRILLS

Twisted, Obsessed and Bound is exactly how this very addictive trilogy affected me because, IMO, there’s no denying Aleatha Romig’s ability to write gripping thrillers. She creates intriguing multi-layered characters and describes sizzling chemistry you can almost feel.. and then injects passion and sweet sentiments in amongst smouldering sex scenes. This unpredictable suspenseful plot-line leaves tantalizing breadcrumbs for you to follow as the minefield of secrets, hints, revelations, twists and non-stop action delivers pulse-pounding hold-your-breath drama which keeps you on the edge of your seat. And, as I binge-listened to each delicious part, the wonderful narration brought the excitement, the feels and the flawed characters in this intricately woven storyline to life making each one a definite 5 star audiobook.

Worth a credit? Books 1 and 2 are free in the Audible Escape Package.. so yay :) which leaves book 3 which was (for me) definitely worth a credit.

When I listened to the first book I failed to realize it was part one of three. Therefore my review was most unfortunate and I apologize. I'm looking forward to book three with great anticipation.

So damn good

I need to scream! I need the next book like now! Twisted started so damn good, but Obsessed took the story in a whole new level. We got a lot more about Kader, Laurel is still trying to figure him out and falling apart within this book. Kader is so damn complicated that gets you wondering within each chapter. This characters are becoming an all time favorite. So many twists, turns and cliffhangers, yes you will be left wondering for days and days. Hopefully next book will be out soon! A phenomenal 5 star!!!
