This is a lovely story. Justine and Sienna are an unlikely pair but actually end up being perfect partners. They both break down walls and learn to love each other completely. The side characters are wonderful as well.

Abby Craden did a phenomenal job narrating!

The title says it all. This story pulls you in from the beginning and then throws you into a whirl of emotions. Justine and Sienna have you turning the page until the end. A vey touching story ❤️

Oh my goodness

Harper Bliss and Abbey Craden a great combination made in heaven. A wonderful romance with complications and highs and lows. A wonderful book. A must read.

Loved this book

This is a good book, with good drama, excellent MC. The setting is yet again in Hollywood, but it doesn’t have the starlet’s drama. Which is good. Narration was excellent like always.

I really loved this story, age gap romance, well written, engaging and a great amount of sapphic spicy without being overkill. Highly recommend!

This book was excellent!

I listened to two chapters one day and went to a different audiobook. A couple of days later I went back to this book. Am I glad I did-it turned out to be great. Just goes to show you can't judge a book by the first two chapters.

Justine Blackburn knows what dedication means,in every part of her life except in love. A harsh life of unacceptable hate from the ones who were supposed to love you brought a care for the many people who experience it daily. The Rainbow Shelter and how she built the shelter for homeless queer youth is about to be a movie.
How someone who was abandoned can love so deeply only makes sense when you see that letting love in for herself does not happen.
Enter Sienna an actress portraying her lover in her youth. The story that unfolds and how they learn to love each other is just priceless. Abby Craden gives life to very strong characters and the cast of support folks. Brilliantly written with loss, pain and forgiveness . A beautiful listen of an epic story.

Enjoyable Hollywood Lesbian Smut

It was easy reading/listening. Not a work of literary greatness but definitely enjoyable if you like a love story that has spicy content about two women who are fully developed characters. I think the voice actor could have made the characters sound more distinct, but it didn’t really inhibit my enjoyment. Sexy, sweet, romantic, and somewhat relatable - I liked it.

Ah Boring

I quickly became bored with this one. I struggled to keep returning to eventually finish. The MC Justine s non deserving hangups became so repetitive I lost interest quickly on.

I would recommend finding another book one by this author.

DNF - Culture Wars Propaganda

I read to escape, to enjoy a story that transports me away from the real world, not to be pulled into culture wars or hidden agendas. Unfortunately, this book left me feeling like I was being force-fed a message rather than being entertained. I can't believe this combination of writer and narrator would put something like this out. This is exactly why I've stopped watching TV—too much messaging, not enough storytelling. All I have left is books, and I won't waste my time on one that feels like it's trying to push a narrative instead of delivering a great story.

On top of that, the character naming here was a major miss for me. One of the main characters is a Black movie star named Sienna. But as soon as I saw that name, I couldn't help but think of Sienna Miller, a blonde, blue-eyed actress. The other main character is a middle-aged, blonde hair, blue-eyed woman. It really threw me off and made me realize how much thought needs to go into naming characters. The mismatch felt jarring, and it totally pulled me out of the story.
