One of the aspects that impressed me the most was the author's ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner. "Not a Good Neighbor" breaks down the subject matter into easily digestible chapters that anyone can understand. The author's writing style is engaging, making it difficult to put the book down once you've started reading.
As a Floridian myself, I found this book both enlightening and empowering. I made a call to my own insurance carrier almost immediatly after reading!
