Where's the last chapter?

I was getting quite addicted to this series by Susan Dunlap but the last and most crucial chapter seems to be missing from the audio of this book OR otherwise it is the most terrible book ever written - not a cliff hanger more a What??? Huh?? nothing is concluded - if the former then hopefully audible will sort the issue out pronto as it ruins the experience.
