Publisher's summary

Fearless firefighter. Mesmerizing voice. Damaged single dad.
Stick a freaking fork in me....
There's a reason he's called Mr. Silver Tongue.
Blake Silverton could sweet talk an angel into sin.
Fierce small-town fire chief. Rough velvet voice. Drop dead gorgeous.
Don't even get me started on the tortured single dad thing.
Wintering in Heart's Edge isn't a choice when my van goes kaboom!
Neither is gawking at the human bulldozer who keeps charging to my rescue.
If only we could stop butting heads.
But I'm a healer. What's wrong with offering a grumpasaurus a massage?
I'm hardly obsessed.
I'm not tuning in to his radio love line every single night.
That charred lump of coal he calls a heart isn't that fascinating.
I can handle one itsy bitsy insta-wildfire kiss.
Those fires some arsonist punk keeps setting around town, though...
Fine. I know I don't belong in Blake's desperado world.
Only, he won't let me go until I'm safe.
Some men wear Bad Idea on their sleeve.
But sometimes the heart falls hard for damaged goods.
Hold me.

ANOTHER GREAT HEART EDGE 💞💞💞

I recieved this book for Free to Give My True & Honest Review, though I brought the Audio as I hadn't gotten this next episode of the Saviours of Heart Edge, read.
Joe Arden & Lauren Winkel really drew me in to their individual point of views.
Another newbie coming into town to set down roots for a little while.
This one is Physiotherapist Peace who never settles down, but moves from town to town every few months.
But its as soon as she hits the outskirt of town & listening to the endearing voice of the presenter, when her truck breaks down with flames.
Then she gets a shock when she hears herself on the radio talking to the fire chief, no other than single Dad Blake...
She wonders lots of different things when she lands in town especially meeting fire chief - radio presenter & then has Teenager Andrea in her Charming Inn Rental.
From the first sight of Blake, Peace can see that he has an intense stiffness to his leg & she just wants to aid him.
But then things start to heat up AGAIN in the small town, even AFTER the break down of Galentron, but are they back as there's the start of breakout of deliberate fires & descriptive notes for ALL 4 of the local 'Heroes'
Though Blake starts thinking of who could be THE ONE who'll want to destroy areas of the Town & Get Back at the 4 Friends...
They're closer to Blake than he could imagine, who could it be🤔... You'll be surprised 😳
Lots of Go, Heat & Falling in Love 💞
Can't wait for the next episode....

Wow!!

Wow! Blake and Peace. They have their pasts, and their baggage. Dead wives, fathers, war wounds.

Their story is sweet really, two people looking for where they belong. Blake is also juggling a 16 year old daughter as a single dad, being fire chief, and a random radio show. Peace is a massage therapist who's been running and looking for her place in this world.

There's sweet and hot mixed into this story.
But that last hour - Oh my! Lots of action and thrills and some danger. Very entertaining listen.
Joe Arden and Laurie Winkel gave us excellent and engaging performances.

One of my favorites

This book may be my new favorite in the series. There was just something so endearing about Blake as a father and as a man that made this book so enjoyable. I love the connection between him and peace regardless of the age difference.
I enjoyed listening to all of the books in the series and I liked how the characters tied together from one book to the next.

I liked it very much!

Another Nicole Snow story that did it for me. Interesting story line and real, endearing characters. I enjoyed every minute of it. Anyway, I do soo love a tortured hero with a lot of baggage, but with a heart of gold. Then there's this strong, sweet woman who loves unconditionally and can withstand every storm. Narrative by the incomparable Joe Arden is plainly AWESOME. Everything other reviewers said about his narration is absolutely true ;).

It gets a lot better.

Blake is such a grouch! And a bit of a d-bag at times. No sympathy for him when Peace (🙄) gives him sass, but he is just a single dad with a past so his occasional d-bagginess is understandable.
I liked this one more the more I listened, wasn't sure at the start. I'm invested now though! And I'm dying for them to figure out the newest mystery. I have my suspicions 🤔but gotta wait.
Peace and Blake are a slow burn before he FINALLY makes a move and before they FINALLY come together like a hot mess. Worth it! 🔥❤

Must Read!

What can I say, ANOTHER spectacular story in this romantic, explosive, edge of your seat series! I just can't help myself as I devour book by book. As I end one book, I can't wait to get back to Heart's Edge and start the next person's story! I give this author and this story way more stars than they allow!

Old Man and Broccoli

I love Joe Arden as Blake, his smooth husky voice is swoon worthy and Laurie is his match as Peace. This wasn't my favorite of this series, but its a close 3rd. Leo and Doc are tied for 1st and well Warren ok tied for 1st. Single father Blake trying to raise his teenage angsty daughter and wrestling with the death of his wife before thier marriage ended anyway, suffering from a war injury makes for a very unhappy man. Peace is his carefee and light woman who enters like fire into his life and tries to soothe the beast and his daughter, even though she is only there temporarily. In the end they have to walk through fire to find their HEA.

Very entertaining story and performance

This is an entertaining book with suspense, action, and romance. But, honestly, I just love Nicole Snow's writing. She just has a way of writing words in a lyrical way that I love. The performance is very good.
