Not worth it

This book is Very generic and broad to say the least. No real defining information or help.

Positive, but not new.

Looking for distractions during my divorce... this book is good because it gives you advise that just helps you improve you. It’s not new information; but it was short and inexpensive. So, if you’re going through a break-up and just want a plan check this book out.

Might help teenagers

Ok if you're a teen on your first breakup. Not much good if you're more advanced in your understanding of life.
