Increasing you Awareness

I enjoyed listening to the book over the morning while enjoying my cup of coffee. Nidra Yoga has helped me to understand the benefits of increasing my awareness of the world around me while helping to improve my life.

Meeting the Challenge!

I was drawn to the book due to the 21-day challenge.
I started the challenge because I wanted to be held accountable that would encourage me to practice.
