entertaining and educational

it took me some time to adjust to the difference in the narrator's voice from Dr. Pol's as all along I was mentally hearing the way Dr. Pol would have said it and wondered if others would pick up on the humor and sarcasm sprinkled throughout the book by Dr. Pol if they had never heard him for themselves. so in places where it seems the Dr. is saying something as if he were harsh or inhumane, believe me he is not, but rather is being sarcastic or humorous ( at least in his attempt). Anyways, excellent book. I am a farmer and learned much from this and enjoyed it all along the way.

Love the simplistic way of treating animals. Wish the narrator was Dr. Pol. The mid western vet who loves his job. I learn slot from him.
