Publisher's summary

A vicious attack. A dirty secret...and a chance for justice.

Ex-police officer Sebastian Clifford is quickly finding that life as a private investigator is never quiet. His doors have only been open a few weeks when DCI Whitney Walker approaches him to investigate the brutal attack that left her older brother, Rob, with irreversible brain damage.

For nearly twenty-five years, Rob had no memory of that night, but lately things are coming back to him. Whitney's worried that her brother might–once again–be in danger.

Clifford knows only too well what it's like to be haunted by the past, so he agrees to help. But the deeper he digs, the more secrets he uncovers, and soon he discovers that Rob's not the only one in danger.

Never Too Late is the third book in the Detective Sebastian Clifford series, perfect for those who love gripping crime fiction.

As usual, Sally is amazing.

I love how this title bridges the gap between Sally's other books (where Whitney Walker is the focal point) and the new detective/PI she's introduced (Sebastian).

I enjoyed it and look forward to many more books 🙏

Narration

I search for books narrated by Jonathan Keeble. He is a perfectionist when it comes to bringing a story alive. I sincerely hope he continues to work on this series. Can’t wait for the nxt one.

Enjoyed On Time

Thourouly enjoyed. Read it straight through without stopping. The partnership charecterizations were well- developed as the dual crimes were solved. This author has always been one of my favorites. The Narrators were excellent.

Twists and Turns

Book 3. This was a great story to listen to. It answered all the questions as to what happened to DCI Whitney Walker's brother. I like the way Seb and Birdy interact with one another. A great listen. Thank you Sally

Too Short

Very enjoyable as usual can’t wait for next one but her books are always too short , over too fast! The story line moves smoothly with no dragging but I am always sorry it ended so soon
