Publisher's Summary

Navy Baby

It was a night she’d never forget...two strangers coming together in a moment of intense desire. But now, sheltered Hannah Raymond is expecting the child of a rugged naval seaman she thought she’d never see again. Riley Murdock has been searching for Hannah for months - ever since that soul-shaking night of passion. Now, fate has reunited them. Determined to give his child the chance he never had, Riley marries Hannah. They’ve created the miracle of life together, but is that enough to spark love?

Navy Husband

Shana Berrie is her sister’s official navy "parenting plan", so despite being unprepared, she’s in charge of adorable nine-year-old Jazmine for the next six months. Shana isn’t all that close to her niece, but she’s trying her best. The little girl has lots of opinions - including ones on Shana’s love life (or lack thereof). Shana also doesn’t appreciate Jazmine’s godfather, Lieutenant Commander Adam Kennedy, constantly checking up on her. She is definitely not looking for a navy husband, no matter what her meddling niece thinks. So why does infuriating Adam seem so appealing?

Not Like the Old Ones

I was very disappoints that there was swearing and immorality in this D. Newcomer book. I look to her books for a clean, sweet story.

very idealic and unrealistic.

very idealic and unrealistic. very sing songy. author does not appear to have a realistic grasp on many things like the vocabulary and actions of most 10 year old. also, some time lines and events were confusing as they got switched around. kept switching character POVs.

Two great books

**AUDIOBOOK REVIEW** I loved both of these books! Debbie Macomber is an incredible writer! I have always loved reading her books. This was my first audiobook with Kristin Kalbi as narrator and I must say, she is FABULOUS! I truly enjoyed listening to Kristin reading “Navy Families”. I was born & raised in the USAF, married into it & raised a son who serves in the USAF. The military life is always unpredictible and Debbie does a wonderful job describing it in her books. I highly recommend listening to both of these books on audible.

Navy Families

This is the second time I have listened to an audiobook from Amazon. I enjoyed both stories in this collection. I love reading military romance. And Debbie Macomber hasn't disappointed me yet. Here are two stories of military men who go beyond the call of duty to serve the women of their hearts desire. Oh they might not realize it at first but those two men will eventually know that without those women they will be lost.

Clean stories, enjoyable read

I haven't found a Debbie Macomber book I didn't like. I had read Navy Baby in a paperback but could not find Navy Husband until I came across this audio book that had both. I wish the narrator would read a tad faster as I am a fast reader, but by listening to audible books, this allows me to crochet at the same time. Good book!

Good story

Being from a military family I was disappointed that more of the facts that exist didn’t appear in the story. It didn’t seem to be very well put together for me. It is a good story but not a good representation of a military family’s trials.
