Heavy words to seriously consider

This book contains groups of Native American sayings that can still be applied today. It is broken up by chapters associated with different concepts. Each saying is read by one of three narrators in calm and relaxing tone.

All the things my Grandfather taught me.

Wonderful reminder of who we are, who all humans should be, one with All life.

Great for meditations, not for learning history.

My only real complain is that the book is far far too short. I would have enjoyed more quotations, or at least some historical, geographic, or contextual background information.
