What did you love best about NLP: The Essential Handbook for Business?
Neurolinguistic programming was presented at a basic level and merged with tried and true leadership practices in a way that should greatly enhance effectiveness.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, and I nearly did so however, this book will require another, more meticulous application of the exercises too fully appreciate the power of this approach.
Any additional comments?

Definitely not essential handbook !!!
Author promising great techniques and you will be disappointed nothing even nearest of great examples from the business world. But definitely every single chapter you will find where you can use it the knowledge which is definitely lack of.

Excellent way to fall asleep
I reeeaallly struggled with this one. Made it through an hour and just couldn't do it anymore. Most of what I got through is telling you what it says in other chapters of the book, without giving any meaningful information. Perhaps it is simply that I have heard a lot of these techniques before, perhaps it was the desertesque dryness of the text, but what lever it was, it was a big, groaning no from me, followed by a return/refund. Good luck, fellow traveller.
