An excellent place to start.

Just as the title says, this is the ultimate introduction to NLP from the man himself. If you're just developing your interest and want to get your feet wet, this is an excellent place to start.

Being a psychology student I learnt basics yet and following some practical tips to apply it in my daily life to understand people around me.

Quite possibly the most important book I've ever listened, in terms of making a tangible impact on how I want to run my life.

However it is a good place to start.
