Gertie's cousin is one of the missing, and Gertie wanders the city streets where many of the abductions took place, using herself as bait with a high-voltage stun gun in her pocket. Charlene reluctantly offers to trail her in a car, just in case she does lure the kidnapper and things go wrong.

Unfortunately, the women find themselves the source of unwanted fame. And now, they're on the radar of a very, very dangerous man.

My Pretties review

I actually enjoyed this. Shocking, suspenseful and well worth listening to. Great narration and writing.

A horror story that flows well

It wasn't a challenge to finish this due to how well it flowed and how likable the two main characters were. I found this to be funny at times even. The reader was great and breathed life into the characters. There's nothing profound here, but it's a fun and easy to get through if you're a fan of horror and serial killers.

This was narrated SO WELL

What a crazy little thriller. I loved it. The narrator is great she was the perfect choice.

Phenomenal Narrator!!

This book was a "page turner" to begin with- suspenseful, witty with great characters... then you add an amazing narrator! Perfect combination. She really brought the characters to life, I've never enjoyed a narrator as much as I enjoyed Aida Reluzco. Absolutely phenomenal work! Five stars all around!

loved Aida Reluzco's narrating

The book was great but Aida Reluzco was amazing. I loved how she caught emotions and attitudes of the characters. She really brought this book to life.

The story itself was a psychological thriller. that just got weirder the farther you got into the book. I couldn't stop listening.
