48 Hours! Could Not Put it Down!

Literally holding my breath for the next book. I was laughing and "ooo girl" -ing the whole book! I felt so see as a Black Female Entrepreneur. A good amount of HEAT too 🥵! Hello!?! You know a book is good when you're talking to the characters out loud! Outstanding! T.L. You never fail!!

Group narration? Yes please!

I was a little hesitant to read the second book because I usually don’t find much interest in books that try to extend from characters who already have their happily ever after. However, the group narration intrigued me, and oh boy, it was so worth it. It was like listening to a movie. Plus, Introducing their friends by using Willow’s and Timantha’s wedding as the background to connect them—chef’s kiss (and made sense why W & T’s story was extended). I was a little saddened by Autika’s storyline, but that’s because I want her with Grant. I’ve already set my calendar for the book 3 release, and I hope there’ll be a book 4 for Grant.

Empowered Love & Intimacy

I completed the book but the struggle was real with the narrators. Troy Duran and Winston James super strong narrators for this book but I literally struggled to enjoy the story throughout, the other male voices were not aligned with the characters. Will's voice had me questioning could I complete the first book. I appreciate the love and intimacy empowerment as it is important to be one's self.

THIS NEEDS TO BE A MOVIE!

This book left me speechless in the best way. I have no words. I didn’t know what to expect but after reading it, then going to listen, it was like a completely different book. I could imagine this happening like it was a movie and I felt like I was along for the ride. Please inject book 3 into my brain immediately and tell Will Packer about this book STAT!
