pretty good story

It took me a little bit to get into the story line but once I got there I couldn't put it down! I loved the happy ending both main characters got!

OMG I cannot express how much I'm in love with this book! It is spicy and it will completely leave you hungry for more! The storyline is amazing and well written! I couldn't stop listening to it. I need more 💜

Fated Mates Paranormal

Fantastic, I LOVED this story! I loved it ALL!

Ren Shepherd, bad enough her ex tried to kill her, but then to be rejected by another who wants nothing more than a “friends with benefits arrangement”? Caleb, big, bad, ornery Caleb Chase, he’s dangerous … damaged, he’s been used, and badly hurt before. There’s no way he’s going to let a pretty little thing like Ren Shepherd get under HIS skin … I laughed, I cried, and I LOVED every single second of “My Dark Mate”. Seriously, this audio performance is GENIUS, and quite possibly the best I’ve listened to this year! Written with unbelievable sass, humor, wit and the perfect amount of angst, I was in listening heaven! I loved Ren and Caleb! As shifters, they were of course in touch with their “inner animals”. Their “internal dialogues” with both their animals and their “inner selves”, for lack of better words, were fascinating, creative, informative, and at times hysterical, adding SO much to this wonderfully entertaining story! I loved how Ren and Caleb’s relationship with each other developed! The chemistry between these two is incredible and their heat level perfect! I was fascinated that their sexy times included so much more shifter “mating” detail than any book I’d previously experienced, and WOW, it absolutely fit in with both Caleb’s personality, AND this story, enhancing it perfectly! I also loved Caleb’s brothers and pack mates! These characters were ALL so intriguing! I can’t wait to learn more about them as this series continues! As far as this story goes, there was of course the odd protagonist or three, and a few twisty bits that I’ll keep hush on (so as not to play spoiler), a ton of action and a supremely satisfying ending that had me shedding a few tears, and more laugh out loud moments than I can count! The authors vision was brilliantly brought to life by absolutely stunning, perfectly timed, vibrant, emotional narration! The listening pleasure was off the charts! In short, I loved everything about this fabulous five star listen!

Really good shifter story

I don”t listen to a lot of shifter stories but this is one of the best I have listened too. The characters are interesting and you care about what happens to them. Plot keep me interested throughout . Narration was good as well . The only thing that I had an issue with is sometimes it”s hard to tell when the narration changes point of view. Not enough pause between the story and change in point of view.

Narrator did a fabulous job bringing the characters to life... easy to get drawn in to the story and it was well written. Highly recommend!

Great story

I wasn’t sure at first if I was going to like this book. The longer I listened the more I got into the storyline and connected with the characters. Overall it ended up being a great read!

I enjoyed her spirit for life.

I recommend this book because it was so amazing and full of laughter. the narrator was amazing as well.

So loved Caleb!

The main characters are so entertaining and I love that they both have overcome multiple challenges to find their HEA.

The narrator did a good job with giving each character a voice, although at times (particularly at the beginning of the book due to having several characters speaking) it was a bit confusing. This is my second listen by this narrator and first by this author and I found it enjoyable and entertaining. Overall, I loved the listen.

My dark mate

Not my favorite narration, but it was a really good story. Funny, it had suspense and romance but I did laugh quite a bit. It’s definitely worth the listen and I am looking forward to seeing how the story continues.
