they had a lot of very descriptive sex, I enjoyed the book but some things needed to be addressed

Terrible narrator and awkwardly written

I am an avid reader and hate to dnf a book, I have to know how it ends and feel incomplete if I just give up on one. This book is absolutely a dnf for me though. I pushed through the first 2 but just can't take it anymore. The voices are horrible and the actual writing is somehow worse. Details change or are reworded 5 minutes later as if it's new information. It drags on and on with no real resolution or HEA. The female lead is beyond stupid and her stubborn arrogance that she is always right and has to do everything alone and nobody else knew anything, it was exhausting and I wanted to slap some sense into her. What a waste of expensive credits!

Could have been one book and male voices were terrible

The author should have done some serious editing. I skipped full chapters and didn’t lose any of the story. With proper editing it could have been one really good book. The long introspective musings got old.

The voices weren’t great. The male voices were horrible. They were forced and most sounded like creepy old men.

I only kept listening because I liked the story enough, with lots of skipping ahead.

the dedication and love

It needed more drama.more description of there looks and surroundings.maybe more family history. it was a great story line.
