My Blind Date is a Vampire
I enjoyed this short book. Mel Heflin does have a good pitch voice, she is understandable, I felt she spoke a little too fast though. The story was interesting and it does capture you into it. There is enough going on inside mystic cove that a series is a definite. Overall I enjoyed it.

Feisty and Fun!
After catching her boyfriend “in the act” of cheating on her with her best friend, Julia desperately needs a change of scene! When a full time teaching position opens in distant Mystic Cove, it seems like an answered prayer! “My Blind Date Is A Vampire” is good clean FUN! Filled with delightfully quirky characters, snarky, sometimes biting (pun intended) dialogue, and laugh out loud funny situational humor, this story is a hit on ALL fronts. Delightfully narrated, this one comes ALIVE! I am so glad this is the first in a series because I want more! Five stars! I loved it!

okay this book was so cute. I loved every bit of it, I want me a vampire boyfriend, I'm so glad she finally gave in. one of the best love stories ever. and I hope she rub it in her ex boyfriend and ex bestfriend face. lol even though it didn't say anything about that I still hope she did. lol. the narrator did a really good job too.

Cute
I Iiked this quirky paranormal story about Julia finding her soul mate with a vampire. Julia apes for a full time teacher position on a small town called Mystic Cove. She wanted a fresh start and fell in love with the strange place.She gets set up on blind date with Langdon.
Mel Heflin is the narrator and she did a fabulous job.

Male voice
The story line is good however, it is difficult to listen to the narrator Donald voices. Her male voices are monotone and takes away from the story. She needs to add inflictions and emotion to the male voices in the story.
