No angst story narrated by one of my faves!

One of my favourite tropes. Casey has secretly been in love with Rylan for 5 years. A summer spent sleeping on the couch in the apartment his brother shares with Rylan has Rylan seeing Casey in a whole new way. A sweet no angst read of two lovely guys falling in love. As always John Solo does an excellent job.

First crush, first love and a meddling brother lov

This is the story of how one man can go from partying almost every night to finding out that being struck by lightning is less scary than falling in love at first sight of the man his best friend's brother has become. I really enjoyed this book with the teasing and the low angst as well as the visuals of living in Hermosa Beach. I swear you can feel the hot sand under your feet and the hot men parading along the beach too. John Solo was awesome as always.

a sweet story

My Best Friend's Brother is a beautifully written sweet story. Casey has just finished his first year of college and doesn't really want to spend the summer at home. He ends up spending the summer in California with his older brother, Trask, and Trask's best friend Rylan. Casey has had a crush on Rylan since he wax 14 and the more time they spend together the more Casey realizes it hasn't gone away. I love the protectiveness Trask has for Casey. But in the end Casey is an adult and can love who he wants. I love Casey and Rylan together, they are so sweet, and I'm glad they were able to explore and enjoy their relationship. Definitely recommend.
Narrator John Solo does a wonderful job.

great book!

The "falling for my brother 's best friend " trope is a fun one and I loved how the author used it! It was a great book, sweet and fun and I loved the chemistry between the main two characters! the narrator was absolutely fantastic!

Just Love You

Casey has loved for a long time and now he just has to decide what to do with his feelings. I like that both me were being really careful but once they realized they were on the same page it was full steam ahead. Casey's brother is well meaning but just a bit too much in everyone's business. I love the final chapter that wraps up their future.
I listened to the audio version which was well done and this was an enjoyable listen.
