Emotional love story

I asked to receive this free review audible book and wrote this unbiased review. This book will take you on an emotional trip that you will feel to your bones. I love how the author has develop these characters. Levi is the man that you hope will fall in love with you. He is so patient, understanding, and gives true unconditional love. He is head over heels in love with Nix. Nix loves Levi but she fights old demons and hasn't really felt love before Levi entered her life. Levi won't give up. The narrator made you feel the deep emotions of this story and brought out the personalities of these characters. The narrator was a little choppy with his narration at times but I still recommend this Audible book. You will fall in love with the characters.

Good book, bad narrator!

I really enjoyed the story but the author was terrible! He dragged out every word. I still prevailed and listened to the end because I liked the story.

listening to this book, I felt as though I was experiencing someone's real life story. the emotions felt deep.
it feels as if this is not the end of Lev and Nix's story.

Enjoyable!

Music, Ink and Love is an endearing addition to the Ink series that has its share of tenderness and pain. Phoenix (Nix) has chosen Levi to be a part of her life and her mother, who warmed her away from bad boys, cuts all ties with her. She was pregnant at 19 with Nix, but the father enlisted rather than take responsibility for his child. If Levi is a bad boy, Nix will defy her mother because she knows he will treat her right. And he does...But the runaway father and his band have found her at a tattoo convention and Brian wants to get to know her. Her heart is torn but she decides to give him a chance. Bad idea. He talks her into coming up on stage to sing with his band, but he also talks her into the buffet of drugs that wait for them backstage. Nix already fought her addiction and won, oh, so many years ago, but this sends her into a tailspin. After another stint in rehab, Nix is ready to reclaim her life. Levi becomes her Angel and is there for her every step of the way in her recovery. There is no question but that they are destined to be together forever. This story is written with a depth of emotion that gives bright color to the words and characters. The ending is perfection! Nathan Huddleston does a very good job with the narration. His words are delivered in a slightly staccato rhythm with a tendency toward breathiness, but it does not diminish the enjoyment of the story. I highly recommend this book and the entire series.
