The best book yet!!

Intriguing and beguiling all the way to the final chapter. It kept me on the edge of my seat. The characters have been very endearing and I love how the characters have developed and grown, especially Olivia.

The BEST series and narrator

Kate Reading could never be replaced as a narrator for the Lady Sherlock series. These books are so enjoyable!

Great Series! Awesome Performance!

I have loved every one of Sherry Thomas' Lady Sherlock books and this one was no exception. From the beginning, I was engrossed in the details of the "Who-Dun-It" flow of the story. Kate Reading is also a great narrator to the point that I forget sometimes that she is the same voice for all the characters. Looking forward to more Lady Sherlock in the future!

Loved this series

this was a very energetic and entertaining series. These last book ended with me wanting so many more chapters. I would hope is there would still be more to this series. Sherry Thomas has done a great job in building mystery, Intrigue, danger and so many other things in this Sherlock Holmes mystery book. great job Sherry

The Best Installment Yet!

Murder on Cold Street was a great addition to the Lady Sherlock series! The mystery kept me on the edge of my seat and I could not stop listening! Kate Reading’s performance was awesome as always and a perfect fit for the series! I can’t wait for the next book!

best sherlock series

I love this sherlock adaptation. it is like sherlock home and jane Austen had a baby.

May be best book in the series thus far.

Or at least a close tie with Book 3. This tale was the most Sherlock-ian so far. All, or at least enough, of the clues are there for the reader, and yet I failed to see the obvious (once Charlotte explains it) final twist. Can you? I also appreciate the further character development, tho still not sure I'm a fan of the romance--unless you can see two sides of Doyle's Holmes played out in Charlotte and Ash, who together make a whole Sherlock.

Wonderful!

I love this author and the narrator both. It is a wonderful fast-moving story with wonderful characters.

A step down from previous books

This mystery wasn't as compelling as the previous installments. The romance was a bolt-on instead of being more integrated, as well as being rather gratuitous at times. The perversion of the Bad Guy was rather gratuitous too, inserted seemingly to highlight the plight of women in the Victorian era and used to make him more despicable. There were also almost too many characters floating around to really keep track of. Not sure I will stay with the series since it seems to be straying towards more formulaic ground.
