Love the storyline and the characters. Leaves you wanting more about the relationships of the characters and I can’t wait for the next book

Quite a who-dun-it

I love the Irish accents, countryside and lifestyles presented. The characters are beginning to grow on me as they have with Carlene O’Connor’s other series. It is enjoyable to watch them grow.
There are lots of twists and turns. I like the inclusion of animals.
I look forward to the next books.

Kept in Suspense

The author has created likable and relatable characters and the narrator portrays them well. Suspicion is cast on all the players who reasonably could have committed the crime and I changed my mind several times including the final murderer, but I didn’t identify him until the last chapter.

Reader/narrator was good. I was engaged right away!

I love Carleens style. Her characters are very engaging. It is not a slow burn but gets right into things. I love learning about the Irish culture and countryside by her perspective. I love her characters.

Perfect light murder fare

The reader has a weird way of doing American accents, which I weirdly enjoyed. Story is classic cozy. Nothing new, but fun.

Tara’s determination to solve the murder mysteries

Loved the various characters and sly connections with Andy and Eddy’s cap. The premise was believable until Nancy determined what the connection was between Martin and his son,Andy. The other links between characters was how each of them had their own historical family tragedies.

another good listen

I love Carlene O'Connor book. The characters she creates are funny and compelling. The mystery always has enough turns to keep you guessing.

Great story and a really good narrator. The accents and everything were well done. Can’t wait for the next one.

Why change?

Why did you change good characters? You changed Danny into a jerk. Why? You did it with the “murder in” series with the American as well. It doesn’t make sense. Add a jerk. Don’t take the good ones away.
