I love these series!

Love the setting and the story created by the author. The narrator does a great job of transporting us to that era. I enjoy the characters’ relationship evolving little by little and the way Harry is getting bolder when expressing his feelings towards Cleo. Please C.J., Keep them coming!

I love the cast of characters. I still don’t care for Cleo’s selfishness but I do want her and Harry to be together!

Tired of Cleo’s indecision

Great mystery but How much longer will we have to wait for Cleo to realize how she really feels about Harry. It’s very frustrating having to listen to her waffling. It’s getting old. Otherwise I love the books.

Another Delightful Read

Another fun visit with Cleo, Harry, and everyone at the Mayfair, This time Cleo not only has to identify a murderer, but first she has to prove there was a murder. The suspects and clues abound, and this one took me totally by surprise. It was nice to see Cleo seemingly more comfortable working with Harry, but I missed the round table discussions with the Mayfair staff and Harmony's more active role. Thankfully, they were all present, just not as involved in the investigation. Is it my imagination or might there be a love triangle in the making with the young Scotland Yard Inspector? Oh, I hope not. It is past time for Cleo to get over herself and agree to a relationship with Harry. Of course, now I will anxiously await the next book while fretting about this potential new complication in Cleo and Harry's non-relationship relationship. Clearly, these characters draw me in and capture my imagination and emotions. Whatever your feelings about Cleo and Harry, this was an entertaining read, and I highly recommend it. (Tip: Do read the series in order of publication.)

Loved it…can this please be a 20+ book series?

I’ve recently listened to all of the Cleopatra Fox books, and for the first time will need to wait for the next edition. I love each one and I think that they keep
getting better as we get deeper into the characters. Some nice nods to other series with facts about timepieces.

I love that I can’t guess the ending of the story! The characters are interesting and their relationships pull you in. Another great book!

Great mystery

I love this series but I’m tired of this back and forth between Harry and Cleo. Please just move forward.

Another Fun One, Romance Dragged Out Too Long

This was another great Cleopatra Fox mystery, with everything you'd expect, including, sadly, no relationship progress. After 8 books, I feel like the author has dragged it out beyond being realistic, or the rational of the character making sense. That's why I deducted a star. Good mystery, same perfect narration.
