Donor 3319 profile: tall. Blonde. Blue eyes. Medical student. Wanted for serial murder.

Christine Nilsson and her husband, Marcus, are desperate for a baby. Unable to conceive, they find themselves facing a difficult choice they had never anticipated. After many appointments with specialists, endless research, and countless conversations, they make the decision to use a donor.

Two months pass, and Christine is happily pregnant. But one day she is shocked to see a young blond man on the TV news being arrested for a series of brutal murders - and the blond man bears an undeniable and uncanny resemblance to her donor. Delving deeper to uncover the truth, Christine must confront a terrifying reality and face her worst fears.

Riveting and fast paced, with the depth of emotionality that has garnered Lisa Scottoline legions of fans, Most Wanted poses an ethical and moral dilemma: What would you do if the biological father of your unborn child was a serial killer?

Great start, but...

The main idea was great and interesting, however 1/4 of the way in it just changed into something different and by the end I was like, wait...what?
The main character was not very likable, actually the same can be said of all the characters.

The narration was ok for the most part, except the narrator made a super weird voice when speaking like a man. It was extremely irritating and I never got used to it. I wish she'd just read it. No need for changing your voice, specially when it sounds so bad. Sorry.

I'd say it's PG-13. Some violence. Some mature content. Nothing explicit.

Ridiculous storyline

I don't think any woman would get this involved with a potential serial killer! It is way out there!

should have been a good book.

thrilling concept disappointing execution. it's like the author got distracted at end and just finished it quickly. it had the potential to go so many places. the beginning and end are 4 stars the middle 1 for me. painful at times to push on but she kept me intrigued.

Good pace after a slow start

Was a bit monotonous until Chapter 15 then it got interesting. It kind of gave me whiplash trying to figure out who was the most likely killer. Some good turns and surprises.

A Love Story and A Woman Who Became A Detective Solving Who Murdered Several Women

The central woman in this audiobook is a married school teacher in state of Connecticut who badly wanted to have a baby. But her husband had no sperm so a donor had to be found. Her search was successful resulting in birth of a baby boy. But the woman had to lie to her husband and others she encountered as this story unfolds. She pretends to be a journalist and travels to nearby states in order to prove that her sperm donor was not a serial killer of nurses. She interviews many people and confirms that the imprisoned person cannot be the killer. The real killer must be someone else. Someone who lied but why? She figures out who the real killer is and tracks him down-a doctor at the hospital in her hometown. This bad doctor guesses he has been identified and tries to kill our “detective” and almost does. But she escapes by running through tall grasses along an interstate highway near her hometown. The audiobook reveals that the real killer is captured and that police are amazed by what one woman has done.
