Don't bother

Narrator can't do the Scottish ascent. It sounded more Irish. Story line is juvenile with poor characters.

More Please

Such an enjoyable set of stories and endearing cast of characters. Most enjoyably being able to seamlessly travel from one escapade to another without encumbrance. Knowing the rest of the series is available as a boxset only heightens my desire to experience the remaining trists of Morna's Legacy in the same manner as I did the first, only the audible companion does not yet exist, so I must reiterate my above sentiment: MORE PLEASE...

Worst narration ever!!!

While Lily Collingwood might be good at narrating American books, please do not EVER let her do another like this. She ruined the story. It was so bad I returned the book!!!

Great Listen--Don't question it, buy it

I love the job of narrating Lily Collingwood has done for the stories in the box set of Morna's Legacy. I greatly enjoyed the stories for the presentation and the fun of it all. I hope there will be more to you Scottish Time Travel Romance series

Not what I expected

I guess after being a fan of the Outlander series, my expectations were a little high. The quality of the dialogue, the predictability of each happy ending, it was just like a fairy tale written for teenagers.

Great stories...narrator is so-so

I really enjoyed the stories. I'm not so fond of the narrator. I know it may be difficult to find so many different voices for each character, but she needs to study Davina Porter and Kirsten Potter a bit more.

Terribly “read”

I couldn’t hardly listen, only made it through the first chapter because the reading is so terrible.

Poor Man's Outlander

How in the world are there so many good reviews? Definitely fooled me into wasting my credit. This is one of the worst books I've listened to in a long while.

"The angry grumble from Owen's throat was a sure sign he was angry." I mean, really? The dialogue and story line are truly as unimaginative as this excerpt. And the accent.... one of the worst Highland drawls I've ever listened to for 8 hours (no, I didn't finish the book). Don't waste your credits!

Dreadful

Apart from the narrator, whose accent got nowhere near Scotland but drifted to New York Irish and back, the storyline was weak with the women inadequately drawn and the male characters unbelievable. I would suggest that the writer do some research and she will discover that Gaelic was the spoken and written language in the Highlands at that time and that no one would have understood a word her American characters were speaking.

Captivating

Absolutely fantastic it was exciting and had me captivated from the word go.

It had the right amount of romance, suspense and drama in each book. Truly awesome.
