Publisher's summary

Music, money, and marriage—those are the three things tying Saint to Tristan. Their marriage has never been about love, and for quite some time, Saint has been okay with that. He’s loved his music more than anything and had no desire for a healthy, loving romantic relationship or children. Just when Saint believes he’s going to spend the rest of his life married to a woman that drives him crazy, Tristan betrays him in one of the worse ways possible, forcing Saint to have to choose between marriage to her and his music or divorce and his freedom… even if that means his music career will temporarily be over.

After losing her best friend to cancer, Harmony promises to never let a relationship end on bad terms. Fast forward several years later, and Harmony finds herself facing that same battle—this time with the man she loves. Harmony’s relationship with her fiancé, Keith, has been suffering for months. Between Keith’s failing health and random bouts with depression, he leaves little room for Harmony to be a priority in their partnership. As Harmony struggles between putting herself first and being a good partner, Keith’s actions make the choice for her, ending their relationship in the process.

When Saint and Harmony meet, neither are in the market for love or even lust. The harder they try to stay away from each other, the more fate pulls them together. Like magnets, their bodies, hearts, and minds connect and become one. Just when the pair believes they are up for their happily ever after, ex partners and an unfair hand dealt by life threatens to rip them apart. Will love become the sweetest melody Mister Musician has ever played, or will his failed marriage cause him to close his heart for good, making him a one-hit love wonder?

Men like Saint do exist

Good listen. Both Harmony and Saint deserve each other. Best part of this book was how their family loved and support them.

Better than the last

I love this for Harmony. Saint too. I wish the ex wife received her karma. I hated how the ex boyfriend kept popping up and she kept letting him in. Not a bad story overall

The chemistry and mismatch of the two lovers.

I didn't really enjoy the male reader. He was not terrible, I just feel like he could have a little more emotion when he read.

A little disappointed

The story was great however if I had not been invested in the series and the great story I would have refunded my credit. These two narrators were horrible. It was hard to stay focused. The female was dry and the male not much better.

Saint and Harmony

Loving through sickness and health isn’t pretty especially when the sick person stops loving themselves! The strength it takes to rebuild yourself from that draining experience is just as hard. Saint’s struggle was real and that kind of struggle is over looked to often. His truth to himself was a step in the right direction for healing. Harmony was the example of love is patient love is kind! Her name suited her. This was by far the BEST story in this series!

Long Wait For Saint and Harmony

I did think the narration of the audiobook was nicely done. It did enhance my dislike of both Tristan and Keith, and sympathy for Saint and Harmony. Although I felt like a large part of Harmony's situation had to do with guilt.

Harmony and Keith 's story could have been told in one chapter as far as I was concerned. I spent all those chapters wondering if he was lying about his health, and why she never confronted him about where he was when he was "feeling better". It sounded like a scam to me.

Saint and Harmony did come together really fast and not until much further into the book. I was glad when it was fully explained why Saint found himself in that bind with Tristan. It was more complicated than trust.

Saint was a really good man. I would not have wasted a phone call on Tristan. Even one of the very last things she did was mean spirited and selfish. The last gesture she made was still selfish, so she never did anything to redeem herself during this book.

Actually, all these people needed to seek a good therapist.

This book just goes to prove that old adage about the best revenge is a life well lived
