Best book I've heard in a long time!

Great book. Sound teaching. I could listen to it again and again and glean something more each time.

Must Read for EVERY Mom

Saturated by the gospel, applicable to all moms, practical and easy reading! This book beautifully illustrates our roles as women and mothers under Christ our King!!

Superb narration of gospel centered book

simple but deep thoughts to help all women stay gospel focused in the midst of life. I don't have any children here, just a miscarriage, but I got so much from these words and believe all women can.

Not just for mothers

This book took me by surprise! It’s an excellent book on purposeful living for women - not just moms. I was able to listen for free as part of my subscription but I like it so much I’m going to purchase it so I can keep in in my library and read it again! I want my daughters to read it too!
Excellent narration as well! I’ll be looking for more books from this author.

Gospel centered

I was surprised at how convicting and encouraging this book simultaneously was. Looking forward to registering again and again.

A Great Over-Arching Idea Book

Gloria lays out the Gospel very plainly, and draws our attention from the hubbub and mess of our daily lives, to the purpose and overall goal (mission) we have as Christian mothers. It's a great listen, as Sarah Zimmerman is a fantastic narrator. The only drawback is that the book is very light on application and practical living. Would make a great group study tool where a leader could draw out questions/answers of application from the group.

Missional Motherhood speaks truth and hits home

I love that in this book Gloria Furman shows readers the relevancy of the Old Testament, which can sometimes feel less relatable than New Testament books. All of the Bible relates to Motherhood, as she demonstrates tm through giving a "big picture" perspective. Gloria speaks truth and reminds readers of God's design for motherhood while remaining relatable and understanding.

Poetic, Compelling Narrative of God's Plan and Our Purpose

Beautifully written, filled with Biblical truth and grace-filled perspective of how all women have a part in God's plan for restoration through Christ Jesus.
