Mindfulness is one of the proven remedies of dealing with the mind disease that is increasingly becoming acute as time goes.

Focusing and concentrating is the core essence of mindfulness. This book unveils key strategies to practicing mindfulness. It also leads you through the entire step-by-step process of practicing mindfulness in ways that you can easily follow and implement.

Many people have become victims of the complexity of modernity. In this complexity, our mind has been bombarded with toxic beliefs that corrupt. Thus, there are many who are suffering from mind diseases. Stress and worry are the leading symptoms of mind disease. Anger and hurt are some of the effects and consequences of this mind disease. This book reveals practical steps on how you can go about healing your mind disease to overcome stress and worry and consequently control your anger and heal yourself.

Compassion is one of the greatest victims of modernity. A great listen you need to hear this asap

There is no static self to be found; it is all process. You find thoughts but no thinker, you find emotions and desires, but nobody doing them. The house itself is empty. There is nobody home.

Your whole view of self changes at this point. You begin to look upon yourself as if you were a newspaper photograph. When viewed with the naked eyes, the photograph you see is a definite image. When viewed through a magnifying glass, it all breaks down into an intricate configuration of dots. Similarly, under the penetrating gaze of mindfulness, the feeling of a self, an “I” or “being” anything, loses its solidity and dissolves. There comes a point in insight meditation where the three characteristics of existence — impermanence, unsatisfactoriness, and selflessness — come rushing home with concept-searing force. You vividly experience the impermanence of life, the suffering nature of human existence, and the truth of no-self. You experience these things so graphically that you suddenly awake to the utter futility of craving, grasping, and resistance. In the clarity and purity of this profound moment, our consciousness is transformed. The entity of self evaporates. All that is left is an infinity of interrelated nonpersonal phenomena, which are conditioned and ever-changing. Craving is extinguished and a great burden is lifted. There remains only an effortless flow, without a trace of resistance or tension. There remains only peace, and blessed nibbana, the uncreated, is realized

Breathe taking

The creator has hit on critical parts of your psychological prosperity.

As he clarifies, stress and stressing, are two driving indications of "mind infection", and at specific occasions in our lives, we as a whole fall into these classifications. Outrage and hurt are the impacts that one encounters, the creator discloses how to fix yourself very plainly. Once more, as clarified in his last book, 'Hesitation' one must need to change. That self-control is the way to all that we do throughout everyday life.

There is an area on empathy, that absence of it can lead you down a dim opening. Which clarifies why there are such a large number of wrongdoings, that the general population who submit them have no empathy for their exploited people.

Sounds good but still not sure how to get there

This book is great at describing mindfulness and all the benefits of it but I'm still lost as to how to get there. The book has a part where it says to avoid anxiety and it lost me there, I don't look for anxiety it just shows up. I did enjoy listening to all the benefits of mindfulness so I gave this book four stars. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something positive to listen to during the day.
