    In this episode I give you a brief summary of Cycle Syncing, a trend that basically tells you what workouts you should be doing based on the 4 different cycles in a month. (Menstrual, Follicular, Luteal, & Ovulation)
    && HOW you can use this different inner seasons/cycles to be more productive and have a better understanding of when creativity hits, when it's best to take some time off to reflect, and when we feel and look our best to hit those goals or start that new business venture.
