Amazing Book

Another way that mental can help you to achieve your long term goals is that is provides the strength to accept failures and setbacks you face along the way. My boyfriend and I read one chapter a day, it's the perfect thing to do together to promote self improvement. We now hold each other accountable. Awesome book.

Awesome book Listen it

I definitely recommend this book to read and I will read it again. I listen some out loud to my wife and she became inspired right away and now he wants to listen it. Great book

The author is direct and to the point on explaining how to create solid habits to form a positive attitude and tough mindset. --- I have read other books on this topic and none of them ever covered the value of black coffee, mindless eating and how certain addictions weigh on mental toughness. It's food for thought.

Easy to follow steps that make sense

I really liked this book. It was a quick read but worth the time and money. I was able to put some steps in place right away (and am working on the rest). Great book for anyone looking to increase their mental toughness in any arena.
