The author does a great job

The author does a great job at keeping your attention from the beginning to the end, and I enjoyed learning about situations that he endured and how he achieved his own personal excellence. The tips and information provided should definitely help me, even though my career doesn't entail sports of any kind. Smart and Actionable

Taught through stories and lessons, I found myself retaining much more information than a regular 'how to' book. I loved the way ancient wisdom was weaved with current situations and I think it adds a 'reality' to the book that isn't found in many other training manuals.

I highly recommend you pick up this book. It is a quick read that contains the lessons and actionable steps that you need to improve.
