Great narration!

The narrator made this audiobook extremely engaging and I absolutely loved it. The audiobook itself is extremely helpful to all those who suffer with their thoughts and to be honest I think most of us fit into that group, so all in all I highly recommend this audiobook!

Exceptionally good

Now this is a self-help book! It is very well-written, deeply thought-out take on the how to develop and maintain mental toughness and become the best version of you.

I got this book because I knew I need an attitude adjustment. I realized I cared too much about everything, things I should care about and things I shouldn't care about.

It put a lot of things in perspective, like choosing my battles and admitting that it's ok to have faults. The book inspired me to look at my life and my decision-making process differently. With more acceptance of who I am rather than resentment and blame for who I never was or will be.

Everyone should read this and live by it.
I can't recommend this book enough.

Mental Health

Mental Health: The ultimate guide to achieve mental toughness and take care of yourself without seeing a therapist. I couldn't wait to get started with this audiobook. Had a hard time staying with it. There are many components and factors that I thought I would find interesting. I could not stay focused. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

The audiobook offers very good practical techniques that you can actually implement on a day to day basis to help manage your anxiety and depression and other problems. Narration was great, too.
