substance, texture, literally, historical elements

I absolutely loved the romance without details best left to the imagination. it's prose l, so richly spoken, the young, the young at heart, and ages late teen, to 200. just in case that person has been born.

seriously though. the detail in the telling of the Cornish wives, sisters, daughters and the like, and how they woven the hydrophobic wool so tightly yet each and every one uniquely patterned to identify each man on the sea, fishing.

a long description of a fairly short part of the story, yet it's so well told, that it takes me that long to accurately describe the scene.
the story itself is just as unique. thank you for this beautiful tale,
