Good advice for all levels of ADHD

My husband has ADHD and it can be very difficult for both him and I when he has his moments of forgetfulness, being scattered and becoming frustrated. He has struggled his entire life and more recently the issues have become more of a problem. My son becomes very frustrated with my husband for being so scattered. I found this book to help him try to take more control of his home life as well as work. The book provides some sound advice that he can easily implement and continue to reinforce daily.

If you or someone you know struggles with ADHD, the methods in the book are all worth a try. ADHD affects everyone differently but there are commonalities among them. I think there is a lot of helpful information throughout the book that would be helpful for many people and are worth trying. My husband has picked 2 methods to implement and so far, so good. We've talked about what we can try next but not to overwhelm him. I'm just happy he found something he is worth trying because most people with ADHD know they need to work on their struggles but trying to get them to actually implement can be rather difficult.

a great resource

While the narrator could sound a bit monotone at times, the information provided shows the author's dedication to the niche.

The order of everything is something that I appreciate because not only does it cover multiple topics, but all of the practical and actionable recommendations are not in one chapter. They are spread throughout the audiobook and are relevant to that particular subject.

The writing was in Simple English and was easy to understand. This does shed some light on what has been going on with my cousin, as he also has ADHD.

I knew ADHD could alter the way a person perceives things and certain actions, but until listening to this audiobook, I wasn't aware of just how much. I highly recommend this book for anyone who knows someone with ADHD, lives with ADHD, or is just curious about the subject. You will not be disappointed with the amount of information contained in this audiobook.

Harness the Power of your ADHD

I got this for my husband, who has ADHD, and it has really changed him. He used to apologize for his ADHD and kind of felt bad about himself. A Wonderful Comprehensive Guide
