I loved this book!! It was easy to understand and had different methods of Meditation and instructions on all of them. If you are a beginner at Meditation definitely read this book it really helped me!

Insightful

This was a great outline on the many positive aspects related to meditation. It also provides great insight on the purposes and challenges. To be successful in any new project, one needs resourceful tools...this book is that tool.

Was very simple, insightful, and knowledgeable on the first steps to meditation. I’ve meditated for about a year now, and this has taught me more about the practice that I do everyday. Greatly helped!

A helpful guide for those getting started.

I have been a fan of Elliot for many years. I have started and stopped meditation many times and reading this book helped me to refocus. The exercises provided are a great way for a beginning meditator to start and for a meditator who has stopped to reengage with the practice in a way that might resonate on another level like it did for me.
