I love this book...

Anxiety SUCKS and I have been struggling with it for years. I'm always embarrassed about my anxiety coz it makes me stress and feels old. I'm so glad I added this book to my library when my friend Retha recommends this to me. truly a life-changing.

My favorite author

Short book but it has a ton of good info needed for my self-development. This is what I like about Mike's style. He always makes the book shorter for the readers. Will definitely listen to this every time I am going to meditate, just a guide until I memorize all the steps.

Loved it!

I really love meditating. However, it's also hard to find a good book that will really help you and provides a good result. So glad I found this book. Out of all the books here in Audible about meditation, only Mike's books are really cool and helpful. This is commendable!

Just what the Doctor ordered

I found this book very helpful and well written. It's too short but I love the content so much. It has a lot of things covered. The exercises have helped me to stay focused and at the moment which helps create a feeling of inner peace in a stressful world.

Win Against Your Demon

I've been struggling with my insomnia these past few months. When I read the cover of this book I was compelled to buy it with no hesitations, maybe because of its glowing reviews. On the first week of applying the advice, it made me happy coz I can see that my insomnia is slowly leaving me.

good advice

I love the approach used in this book. It will really persuade you to follow it and see it for yourself about the advantage of using the author's advice in meditating. Also, I have tried the steps from this book, and I can really see changes with my personality.
