Ehh

Writing is ok. Narration for the male voices acceptable. Female voices (done by a guy & with a horrible false accent) almost makes it not worth listening to.

Monotonous narration

I love all MB stories but her choice of narrator is not the best. I wish Mr. York was better at emotional inflection or could do a female voice without me wanted to shake my head or cover my ears. Sometimes his voice becomes monotone. Actually it is monotonous. I love audible books because of the dramatic performance and I can get my favorite book read to me all the while still functioning. Work or housework. Or MB could try make & female narrators with more effort. I love all Maya Banks Books but not who she chooses to narrate.

Good/bad/ugly

Male Narrator is great
Male Narrator's voice change to Evangeline - not good
Story line - predictable - but I liked it ... all Erotic Romance books with the bad billionaire in them have the same story line
Repeat - Maya needs to just write the story and not retell it in a constant recap.

OK story line but not worth the credit

The story line is good. The narration of the female part was terrible. it was hard to listen to and took away from the book. with that said I will still get the other books of the series.

Beware of cliffhanger

Any book that has a cliffhanger should clearly state that in the description!! Now I have another 13 hours to find out what really happens. Also, the female voice that is done by the male narrator made me cringe at times. It truly needed a woman’s voice for this!
