Amazing story and narration!

Mia's writing is always amazing and hearing it read aloud is an experience everyone should have. I can't rave about this audiobook enough!! Jude and Briar's love story is one of my favorites! Kale Williams is quickly moving to the top of my must listen narrators.

Super sweet

This was a really sweet story. Not a lot of angst or suspense but good friends, good people, and a good story. Kale Williams also did an excellent job narrating.

Jude & Briar

Gah! I loved Jude and Briar’s story! So much so when I heard this was coming to audio, I knew it was going to be a must-listen. Kale Williams did a great job bringing Jude and Briar to life! I’m a huge fan of friends to lovers, and when you throw in a fake fiancé scenario I’m hooked right in! Their story was fun, sweet, sexy (hello hot and steamy first times) and made me laugh. Kale did a wonderful job with those sexy first times, and really drew me right back into their story. I loved how Jude would do anything for Briar to be comfortable attending a friend’s wedding where his cheating ex would also be. I thought it was so sweet the way he immersed himself in all things Briar and gay culture to pull off their charade. I felt for Briar as he tried to keep himself falling for Jude and I was silently cheering him on to “just tell him how you feel!” I really enjoyed getting to know their friends and now I need all their stories! Ultimately I love how their relationship unfolded and how they came to realize there was nothing fake about what they were feeling. I adored their HEA and it left a giant smile on my face!

Perfect narration for a perfect story

Marry me is such a sweet & steamy story about best friends falling in love. I absolutely love the fake relationship trope and Mia Monroe wrote it perfectly. Kale Williams had the perfect narration to really bring this story to life as an audio book.

Briar is a sweet baker who doesn’t want to face his awful ex alone. He asks Jude to pretend to be his fiancé at a wedding he has to attend that his ex will be at. Jude is a great best friend and has no problem pretending to be Briar’s fiancé. As they practice being affectionate in public in order to pass as a real couple at the wedding he realizes he enjoys all the things they do. Jude starts to wonder if he’s as straight as he always thought.

This story was everything I love about MM romance. It had real heart, lots of laughter, two characters that are prefect for each other and the best HEA you could ask for.

Mia Monroe is an amazing author. And I´m starting to love Kale Williams as a narrator.

I loved this story and I have both read it and listen to it.

In need of a friend

When Briar gets invited to a wedding, his old feelings of insecurities come rushing back.
Who better to ask for help than his best friend Jude.
They have a while to figure out their story before rhe wedding and along the way their friendship becomes so much more.

This was a low angst, bi awakening, best friends to lovers story with all of the feels. It has great character development and a smooth flowing storyline.

The narration is fantastic and smooth and every character was so easily discernible that it makes for an enjoyable listen.

Love it! Excellent narration

I loved this book when I read it so I was leary of how the audio would fit my view of the characters, but it was AWESOME. All the characters and their accents were perfectly done and I love this sexy, sweet story. Kale Williams rocked it.

Perfection!

This book was sooooo good! Firstly I loved the concept, I’m a sucker for fake relationships turned real and this one just played out so organically. The chemistry between Jude and Bri was palpable from the start and the narrator did such a great job in conveying that. I also loved all the extra characters, they added so much color to the book as well and really created a whole world that felt very real. I loved how little angst there was as well. That was actually a relief. And those love scenes were scorching. I can’t say enough about how great this was. It’s definitely going on my list of favs and I’ll be exploring the other titles in this series.

Wow!! So beautiful

One of the best books I've read in a while. The story is so wholesome. The characters are well-developed. The book manages to touch on deep emotional issues while keeping it funny and educational. I learned a lot about the queer community that I never thought of, and I felt like I was learning it along with Jude. Very well written! And the icing on the cake—the narrator. Kale Williams has now been added to my top three male narrators. The author managed to take the cliché "fake relationship" storyline and transform it into an exciting and refreshing adventure. I fell in love with the main characters and all their supportive friends. The ending was an unexpected twist—learning about Michael's trauma. Wow...what a conclusion! I will definitely be reading more from Mia Monroe.
