Great Feel Good Book - Fresh Plot

I like the fresh plot. Though the romance formula is in tact, Bybee offers and interesting plot in this second of a series. Also, she does a good job laying the groundwork for follow-ons. This novel is self contained, as was Book 1. This series creates a universe and a set of woman within the universe. After listening to two, it is clear where she is going but I think the plot lines will have enough variety to keep one interested.

As a critique I would liked to have amped up the conflict. I also would have liked to see a little more depth from Eliza -- all in all, a nice listen. Pull up a chair near the fire, surf the web on you iPad and listen away. Eby does a good job narrating. I give it a thumbs up.

Easy Listen for a Rainy Day

This book will suit you just fine if you're looking for something easy that doesn't require a lot of your attention. I liked Book 1 of this series a bit better since the story and characters were better developed, whereas with this book, I found things to be good enough for what I was looking for.

My major complaints are that nothing really stood out for this book. There was good potential with the main characters, and even some of the minor characters, but it didn't get fleshed out properly to get a higher rating from me. Also, I wasn't convinced of Eliza's reasons to "go public" given the risks of doing so, which set in motion everything for this book's story and her romance with Carter.

I recommend this to fans of the author or people looking for an easy romance to pass the time.

Very Entertaining Story and Characters

Married by Monday: Weekday Brides, Book 2 is a very entertaining romance with enjoyable characters, most of whom we met in Book 1. My only disappointment is that audible does not have book 3 in their store.

Book 1 and 2 are the only Catherine Bybee books that I have ever had the pleasure of listening. Her characters are endearing, and the story is lighthearted, while also engaging. If you are in the mood for a fun read, this novel will provide.

Definitely credit worthy!

Another 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Well, it looks to me that I've just embarked on another AWESOME book series by Catherine Bybee.

This time we're going through each day of the week with: "Weekday Brides; a Seven Book Series that started with; "Wife by Wednesday."

I just finished with; "Married By Monday: Book 2 in the"Weekday Brides Series." Of course I LOVED IT! I had no doubts that I wouldn't, since I've loved so many of her other book series I've listened to.

There's so many qualities that I admire in her writing. Her storylines are fresh, new, nothing about it seems mundane; repeated, just too name a few. I've always found it hard to press pause when listening to one of her books. It's the top reason I not only own a Kindle, but have Audible membership.

Ms. Bybee narrator for this book series is Tanya Eby. I'm not aware if Ms. Bybee and Ms. Eby had a prior collaboration on other audiobooks, but I know with this series it works. I've never heard Ms. Eby prior to starting this book series. Again, congratulations Ms. Eby on a job well done!

Next in the series: "Fiance By Friday, Book 3."

I love this book

I love this series!!!
I read the books in this series in random order, and I enjoyed each one of them.
It is important to note that book 6 must be read before book 7.
It was a pure pleasure of reading. I also really enjoyed the narration.
The storyline is interesting, and has a good pace.
I love the characters, and the fact that we meet the heroines and heroesfrom the other books throughout the series, before and after a designated book on them was written.
This series goes along with the "First Wives" series, where I wait for the 5th book to be published (Sasha's story).

Need male and female narrators

I loved everything about it except when the female narrator tried to lower her voice to be the male characters. It would have been better with actual men reading those parts.
