Great book but the narrator talks very, very slowly, maybe to make it suitable for bedtime….

Very detailed and interesting

I came to this book with a love of medical history and interest in the science of sleep. I am glad I listened to it, but even I found it heavy on details that did not seem crucial

Having worked in sleep medicine for years, I liked getting the complete history. I liked the background details of the people involved in developing sleep medicine.

More a biography of scientists then the science of sleep. I found the writing a bit prodding.
