I have ordered this audio-book because their rank status among others.

How could the performance have been better?

Becuase the narrators performance, it has become very tedious to listen to. In overall, excellent management guide with a bad narration performance.

Clarity

The best thinking and research on the history and context of the meaning about the human workforce since the 17th century. Drucker’s writing not only answer my questions about management but about business and the changes of society. This book offers more than about what one should manage in work but also in life.

Must read for any MBA.

I can't comment. I did not read the hard copy.

So many business gurus quote Drucker so it was nice to get the information from the horses mouth. Employees need to invest in their own human capital and businesses must embrace the knowledge worker.
