don't change the recipe
I have purchased the audio book and download copy. One mistake I made was changing up his advice. I feel this is common, people think they can do it better, or omit things that don't seem important. You won't omit sugar out of cookies to make them healthier, This is a great book for the break-fix shop that wants to go MSP or the MSP that wants to make a change. Even if you took one lesson from the book and applied it to your business, your ROI will be ten-fold.Most break-fix one man shows have the same thing in common, they focus on the IT side vs focus on their business. You can't grow a business while you work in it.

Pretty much the same book as the 2nd edition.
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
If you didn't read the 2nd edition, this would be a great book. The ideas are great, very useful to anyone running a computer business. But if you'd already listened to the 2nd edition, than there's nothing of value for you in the 3rd edition.
Would you ever listen to anything by Karl W. Palachuk again?
Yes, Karl is a great author with great ideas. I just wouldn't buy an updated edition of the same book. Even the woman who read the 2nd edition was more entertaining than the narrator of the 3rd edition. I'd as for my money back, but this item is no longer available on audio.
