A great insight to a man after God’s Own Heart

This was the first book I’ve read/listen to by the author but he makes this not only informative but paints a distinctive portrait of who king David was and is. How even his failures were brought to bring glory and honor to God and must read/listen to book for all. Even the unbeliever to look into a historical figure who failed multiple times God’s grace covered and made him who became.!!!

Great book, horrible narration

I absolutely loved the content of the book. The problem was not the book itself, but the man narrating it. His "S" sounds whistle, and once you notice it it cannot be ignored. So I was constantly distracted by that whistle sound of every word that had an "s" sound.
