Before long, Melody realizes that not everything is as it seems. What is really going on?

Well-written stories from a very good author

Truffles, Tirades, and Trouble, Shortcake, Surprises, and Secrets, & Cookies, Curiosity and Craziness (Melody Clue), My seventy-seventh short read/listen from prolific author Meredith Potts, Well-written & enjoyable, another cute, clean cozy mystery. “I received a free Audible copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. AS always I was impressed and enjoyed the vocal variety & inflections of narrator Stephanie Quinn. I look forward to reading more in this series & from this author. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Great Read

Majestic Cove Mysteries Books 4-6 Box Set was a great read by Meredith Potts. This box set consists of; Truffles, Tirades, and Trouble; Shortcake, Secrets, and Surprises; and Cookies, Curiosity, and Craziness. These books follow Melody Clue investigating many new mysteries in Majestic Cove. I enjoyed these books and can't wait to read more by Meredith Potts.

Excellent

Always enjoyable and the narration by Stephanie is superb. We have Melody asked to investigate a murder, is she over her head to try. Then with the return of a boyfriend after four years, Melody wants answers, but will she get. The last was my favorite a concern father hires her to investigate a boyfriend, and finds a lot more. Enjoyable, cozy mysteries to listen to. Given audio for my voluntary review

THREE STORIES WITH UNEXPECTED OUTCOMES

Melody Clue is at it again. First, she proves her friend Amy is innocent, with no animosity from her friend, Scott, the detective that arrested Amy. Next, she finds out why Scott returned to Majestic Cove from San Francisco, being that Majestic Cove held traumatic memories of his parents’ deaths. Lastly, Melody and her mother deal with the death of her father on his birthday and a case where what she’s looking for is not what is happening.

The narration is okay. The voice almost sounds like the narrator is bored. I give the narration a 3.5.
