5 stars for - Luck of the Devil - book two in the Forge Trilogy. This book picks up right where book one left off so be sure to have read - Deal With The Devil - first and hang on for another incredible listen! Jericho and Indy are stumbling a bit since neither has ever had a relationship to speak of let alone a marriage so while their sexual chemistry is off the charts all the other aspects of marriage seem to be harder to navigate. Ms. March had me transfixed from start to finish and now I can’t wait for the conclusion in book three.
Indy has had to overcome so many things in her relatively young life so automatically trusting people doesn’t come easy for her. Hearing different things about her new husband causes her to doubt what he tells her and if his motives are true but she will do what she has to do for her family all the while hoping her heart doesn’t get trampled in the process.
Jericho wasn’t supposed to develop feelings for his wife. The marriage was supposed to be part of a deal where they both gained something in the end. Now that the stakes have changed Forge is ready to change all his rules for her.
Meghan takes us on another sexy ride through the Mediterranean with action, adventure and intrigue around every corner. Long time fans of her work will recognize a few familiar names and faces that make cameos in this book too. Trust me when I say this is one trilogy you won’t want to miss and one of my most favorite of hers to date!

Luck of the Devil is a blistering hot inferno of pure sinful delight wrapped up in a red devilish bow! That will have you screaming at the top of your lungs for more!!!

The narrators just brought the audio to life, with there superb voice acting!

This series has been utterly amazing so far! Book two trumps book one and I can’t wait to read the third installment...geez I’ll probably stay up all night trying to finish! It’s that good!! Spectacular writing...this book was such a wonderful mix of heartfelt and heat...and OMG, the suspense! A must read 😍

Luck of the Devil

joe arden is the perfect jericho forge. the timbre of his voice, the way he conveys all the danger and that squishy soft heart beneath all the baggage is total perfection. there wasn't a better choice for this series, and luck of the devil is just as an enjoyable listen as deal with the devil.

erin mallon is also a great indy, her way of questioning how she's gotten herself into the position she's in, with that touch of self-deprecation and the steely determination to get her way is just perfect for the character.

i love when i have the chance to both read and listen, because the experience of doing one or the other is different, but my enjoyment of the story remains the same. i love this trilogy and can't wait to listen to heart of the devil. i might have to go out and search for some more of the duo's audiobooks.

Lucky Devil

I LOVED this series....HOWEVER... sorry Meghan but I won't buy a book until the entire Audio series is out. I hate cliffhangers, so I spent the last day binge listening to the Forge trilogy, and I'm soooo happy I did.

Jericho Forge narrated by Joe Arden, gives the seriousness and gravity of situations which allows the listener to build a mental picture, be it the intensity of danger, or the intensity of passion. Jericho is fierce when it comes to protecting Indy against enemies....even though he doesn't know who's enemies he's guarding her against.

India Bapiste narrated by Erin Mallon gives a voice and understanding to the strong mental processing for Indy and the way of questioning how she's gets herself into situations. I liked Indy's character because she strong, and asks questions, and in a patriarchal world, she's not afraid to ask "what's your angle?"

Characters Creighton and Holly Carras also make an appearance and bring a positive energy and insight into this second book.

Phenomenal!

So exciting! The action, adventure, and continuation of the love story - all fantastic! The story and narration are (of course) amazing! While it’s a cliffy (implied since it’s a trilogy) I am so excited to listen to book 3!!

Loving Joe and Erin in this..

Glad I bought these books on sale because they definitely could have been one book. However the story is exceptional. The plot twist the drama oh my! I am on the last book now and it's going great.

Great story to keep you on your toes

I have loved this story, its suspenseful, erotic and just enough fantasy. The author has made it easy to get to know the characters.

LUCK OF THE DEVIL

I have been drawn into these lives and can't wait to start the last volume. Exciting and well paced it keeps me well entertained.

Intense

The second book was so captivating that I was upset when it left me with cliffhanger at the end. Lol. It was great to see the main characters breaking down their barriers and learning to trust each other. I can't wait to listen to the last book of India and Jericho.

I just love Jericho Forge

I put everything on hold to listen to this book, and it was well worth it. Yes it did answer all the questions I had following book 1, and yes, it did leave me with more questions. The story, which carried on directly from the first book had me falling more in love with Jericho Forge, a man who will do anything for those he truly loves. Even though he doesn’t know it yet, he does love His wife, he’s just got to work hard to convince her of the fact, and trust is not something that Indy gives lightly. When he decides to go all in and help her with her poker career, they both get more than they bargained for. With the expected Meghan March twists and turns (none that I saw coming), this is another thoroughly enjoyable story with excellent characters and excellent narration.

Fantastic narrators!

The suspense and intrigue continues with Luck Of The Devil. As the mystery deepens India has to decide if she trusts Jericho. Better the devil you know... right? As the heat rises between them so does the threat against them. It’s a deliciously dark romance that has your heart pounding. I highly recommend it!

Cliffhangers should only be found in the Rockies

It was a good story with interesting characters, but, as part of a trilogy, this story doesn't work for me.

Smoking hot!!

Absolutely loved this! Especially the crossover with Holly & Creighton 😍😍 I need me much, much more of Jericho Forge!! I cannot wait until the final part is released! Hope Indi goes all medieval and shows us just how fierce she is an how much Jericho has come to mean to her!! Excellent story thus far!! Thank you Meghan for bringing these characters to life for us!!
